At Casa Selma, we put a lot of thought and meaning into all our designs, but we don’t stop there. We want to extend these qualities to all our collaborations, including one that allows us to make a positive difference by helping others.
Through “The Payaw Project”, we hope to share with you our passion of giving back.
We’ve partnered with CollaboX to support fishing communities in Lapulapu, Cebu. This initiative aims to create payaws, which are fish sanctuaries made of bamboo poles & coconut fronds. This method not only provides food & income for our fishermen, but also addresses the depletion of fish in our local waters. With every purchase from Casa Selma, we’re proud to say that 5% of our profits goes to encouraging sustainable coastal fishing.
